Click Executive Club and select Spending Avios

On the Spending Avios page, under Choose your Reward, click Book a reward flight

On the Book Flights with Avios page, input all the necessary information for your trip: departure and arrival airports, desired departure date (click One way only), preferred cabin class, and the number of adults flying.

Click Get flights. If you get a prompt that says “Changes to reward flight fare prices”, tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions, and click Continue.
If a pop up appears asking if you want to add a stopover for your flight. Click No, I want to continue without stopovers and Continue.
Write down your desired available award space on any Japan Airlines flights that fits your schedule.
